GSP Crop introduced CTPR insecticide for sugarcane, rice, soybean, beans and vegetables in India

GSP Crop Science is the leader of agricultural chemicals business in Ahmedabad, and launched CTPR (chlorantraniliprole) under the brand names of Helipro and Ballot. After the unremitting efforts of the R&D team, GSP Crop will now produce and sell CTPR under the “Made in India” initiative to benefit farmers and customers.

GSP Crop Science was recently approved by Delhi High Court to sell and manufacture CTPR in India. After that, GSP officially launched its chlorantraniliprole (CTPR) products Helipro and Ballot, which act on chewing pests by injection, contact, killing eggs and larvae.
Chlorbenzamide (CTPR) has a unique mode of action in crops such as sugarcane, rice, soybean, beans and vegetables by controlling all LEPIDOPTERA and other species, which can provide effective and long-term insect control. Contact with insect eggs, larvae and pupae is also toxic. CTPR has excellent bottom-up air intake and transportation in plants, and effectively penetrates plants from root to stem.

Bhavesh Shah, managing director of GSP Crop Science, said: “GSP is pleased to offer CTPR (chlorantraniliprole) to the Indian market under Helipro and Ballot brands. We can proudly say that we are one of the few companies that will sell this market. “
